Your role :

Integrated into the creative pole of a team of 5 graphic designers, under the responsibility of the Artistic Director in charge of the DTP pole, you will work in close collaboration with the marketing and digital communication teams for the implementation of all their print & web media: website, social networks, newsletters, catalogs, packaging, posters, etc. You will work on the creation and execution part and your missions will be: Produce graphic elements related to the marketing animation plan for all of the Initiatives Group's product ranges (icons, pictograms, logos, packaging, goodies, etc.);  

Plan and manage the development of catalogs:

Propose the shots from the railroad Do photo styling Create and decline the layout Perform graphic execution work: Layout of various graphic supports (catalogues, posters, flyers, etc.) Photo formatting (mock-up, resolution, extension, …) Create web pages and update the various sites (webdesign and ergonomics); Propose and produce marketing documents (graphic charters, e-mailing support, post, reels, etc.) by adapting the formats (paper, web, smartphone) to the types of publication and the final recipients; Be constantly on the lookout for current trends and graphic inspirations, and know how to stimulate them within the team and with the marketing teams;

Your assets :

With a higher education of the Bac+2 type in visual communication, graphic design, you justify a successful experience of at least 3 years minimum in an agency or creative studio. You have a perfect command of the print and digital graphic chain, the Adobe suite, the uses and good practices imposed by the various communication media. Graphic web designer, you master the hierarchy of messages, visual consistency and ergonomics in your creations while favoring aesthetics and end customer satisfaction. Proactive and autonomous, you are proactive and go after your objectives. You know how to manage a print project from its creation to its printing. Creative and curious, you are constantly on the lookout for new ideas and on the lookout for the latest trends. A perfectionist, you have a keen eye for detail, and you work conscientiously. You know the codes of web design and have a strong appetite for digital: UI, UX, social networks, … Organized and versatile, you know how to prioritize your objectives and meet deadlines. You are efficient and responsive, you can move from one task to another quickly. Naturally benevolent, you listen and appreciate teamwork. You have a good sense of feedback and know how to question yourself with the necessary perspective.   Who we are ? POSITION TO BE FILLED: ASAP TYPE OF CONTRACT: CDI - 35H REMUNERATION: Depending on profile and experience (minimum 3 years of experience). After 12 months of presence access to a bonus plan: addition of fixed bonuses of 2 months of salary and addition of a potential of 3 additional months. Profit sharing with contribution.
